Where we ship
For now, we ship to the United States.
Free shipping
Shipping anywhere in the United States is free, with no minimum order.
Timing
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 8 to 15 business days after your order ships.
During busy seasons (for example, Christmas) delivery may take a few extra days. If you need your order by a specific date, please order early.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. Because we work with several warehouses, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, write to us as soon as possible through our contact page: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
Delayed or lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, write to us through the contact page. We'll track it down and, if it's lost, send you a new one or refund you.
