Refund policy

This policy explains how to return an order from Cuerpo Curioso (https://snarkysip.store/) and how we refund you. It does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked. If your order arrives in several packages, the window starts when you receive the last one.
How to return an item
- Before the window closes, write to us through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with instructions and the return address. We work with several warehouses, so please don't ship the item anywhere without checking with us first.
- Ship the item within 14 days of our reply and keep your proof of shipping.
Return shipping costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If the item arrived damaged, is defective or isn't what you ordered, you pay nothing (see below).
Condition of the item
You can open and inspect it as you would in a store. To accept the return, the item must be complete (with all its pieces and accessories), undamaged by use and, if possible, in its original box. If pieces are missing or it's damaged by use, we may deduct that loss in value from the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, missing a piece, defective or not what you ordered, write to us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send you a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. In these cases you usually don't need to send the item back.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different model, the fastest way is to return the item under this policy and place a new order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Write to us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (or your proof of shipping), we'll refund what you paid within 10 business days, to your original payment method, at no cost to you. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
