Refund Policy

If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives broken, does not work, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Write to us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the issue. You do not need to send the item back.

Mugs (made to order)

Every mug is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Christmas Tree Light Projector

Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The projector must be unused and in its original packaging. We will send you the return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive it, we refund the price of the item.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before they are processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
