How do the bundle discounts work?
Add any mugs to your cart and the discount applies automatically: 10% off 2 items, 15% off 3 and 20% off 4 or more. No code needed.
How long does shipping take?
Each mug is made to order and ships in 2 to 7 business days. Delivery takes up to 15 business days in the US and up to 20 business days in Canada, and you get a tracking number by email. See our Shipping Policy.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 10 for Christmas delivery in the US. Every mug is made to order, so earlier is always safer.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic mugs are. Each product page lists the exact care instructions for that mug.
Can I send a mug as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we ship it directly to them.
What if my mug arrives broken?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund. Read our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, before it goes into production. Just contact us.
