How long does shipping take?

Every mug is made to order. Processing takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days in the United States. See our Shipping Policy for all regions.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our ceramic mugs are. Each product page lists the exact care instructions for that mug, so please check before you buy.

What size are the mugs?

Our standard mugs hold 11 oz. The exact size is listed on each product page.

Do you ship gifts?

Yes. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. Our mugs make great gifts for coworkers, coffee lovers, Secret Santa and birthdays.

What if my mug arrives broken?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund. Read the full Refund Policy.
