All SnarkySip mugs are printed and made to order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment.
Estimated delivery time
After processing, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Other countries: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially during the holidays, so order gifts early.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Wrong address
Please check your address before paying. We cannot change or redirect an order after it has been sent to production. If you made a mistake, contact us right away at godosstore@gmail.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived after the estimated time, contact us at godosstore@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
