Refund Policy

We want your SnarkySip mug to make you smile, not grumpy.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your mug arrives broken, has a printing defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at godosstore@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the mug and packaging. We will send you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Made-to-order items

Because every mug is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or color differences caused by your screen settings.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it goes into production. After that, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take several business days to appear.
