Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.
- An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
Made-to-order products
Our mugs are printed after you order. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for returns, replacements and delivery.
Product information
We try to show colors and designs accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Intellectual property
All designs, characters, logos, text and images on this site belong to SnarkySip. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SnarkySip is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
